3. Counter-Notification Procedure

A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed in error.

4. Repeat Infringers

It is RecordAPK policy to disable or terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
